If you truly want to experience the art of being sensual you must be 'present'. Rushing around like most us do and you lack any 'awakening' experience. THe wonderful thing about being sensual is that it's all around you; tap into it & it's yours!
Beautiful things are most appreciated when we slow down & focus on it, own it. I try never to rush around because you lose the essence of 'being'.
When I was living in the Bay Area and I had to cross the Golden Gate Bridge, I use to wonder if the locals had forgotten to enjoy the Pacific Ocean and were they too preoccupied to even notice the spectacular view of the fog in the early mornings..You talk about a sensual view!
Take it all in.
