Whenever I hear from women that most guys don't know how to treat a women, I can't help but think that most women have lowered their standards. Look around you and you hear:

• Women are trying to buying their way to love
• Guys can write their own ticket to shelter, cars, food through women
• Women are fighting with other women for a man who's cheated on both of them!
• Women are revealing so much of themselves, showcasing a message of : "pick me pleassse"
• We are not expecting much except for them to just love us; no job, no dignity - that's ok.
• We rather be abused than be by ourselves (we know a lot of couples who are miserable).

I believe men are only responding to a woman's expectation of a man.

A real man on the Oprah show!

Today Oprah showcased the world's famous couple. The famous Indian actor and his actoress wife were the most poised individuals! When asked by Oprah ''so in the Indian movies, they don't really show a lot of intimacy'"? The actor simply replied ' we don't find it necessary'. Bravo! When you have true intimacy, I believe it's all behind closed doors and it's typically very real. I've found that if one always talks about how much sex one is getting or an individual find it necessary to constantly flirt, something is usually missing in their 'sensual arena'. The sign of an insecure individual is when they have to constantly prove something.

Can't rush it

If you truly want to experience the art of being sensual you must be 'present'. Rushing around like most us do and you lack any 'awakening' experience. THe wonderful thing about being sensual is that it's all around you; tap into it & it's yours!

Beautiful things are most appreciated when we slow down & focus on it, own it. I try never to rush around because you lose the essence of 'being'.

When I was living in the Bay Area and I had to cross the Golden Gate Bridge, I use to wonder if the locals had forgotten to enjoy the Pacific Ocean and were they too preoccupied to even notice the spectacular view of the fog in the early mornings..You talk about a sensual view!

Every day sensuality is a way of fully experiencing life through the present moment. How easy for us to forget to smell the ....... Keep in mind that whenever you are in a rush or pre-occupied, you lose the wonderment of the senses. Slowing down is the key & being mindful of things around you.

Why be Sensual?

Sensuality involves ownership (it's all yours) & it's sooo special to your 'being, Psyche & grace". Being a Lady (strong), isn't easy in a world that requires competition and moving in the fast lane. Since we are naturally nurturing/forgiving & incredible 'taskmasters', we tend to let ourselves go and guess what? have you checked your 'bitterness meter' lately? Make sure that you take care of yourself first and every thing else will fall into place.
I believe Sensuality & Class go hand-in-hand, they both represent a sense of 'mystic'; "I can't put my finger on it but there is something about her/him that I really like"; that is the inner you -who will think of overs & how to support them but will NOT neglect her/his needs in the meanwhile.

Why is it that discussions about sensuality always lead to massage oils & adult toys? Wow, a lot of people are really clueless when it comes to something soft & beautiful & left to the imagination instead of just sex. There is no fine line between sensuality & sexuality; sex is sex, plain & simple.
Ladies, just remember that a classy guy will want to know 'who you are' first; in other words....how your brains tick! the largest sexual organ is really the brain (I don't care what the media is feeding you).

What is Sensuality?

Sensuality is the awakening of the senses. Sensuality is very private, sincere & honest because it's yours to keep. It's how one feels about something (intangbile) and that feeling is gushing with warmth, purity and you wanting more. Ever curl up with a good book when it's dreary outside (especially when it's cold) and the soft lighting at your place creates a special ambiance that's all yours..that's sensuality as one small example.
